Desafía Singapore

The Desafía Singapore program is an initiative of ICEX and the Singapore Economic and Commercial Office, managed by MedTech Actuator, which allowed Gate2Brain, together with seven other leading Spanish startups in the HealthTech and LifeSciences sector, to learn firsthand about Singapore’s health and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

As a selected startup, Gate2Brain was able to participate in various networking activities, workshops, mentoring, etc. aimed at promoting understanding and exploring opportunities in Singapore’s healthcare and life sciences environment.

In this video, the culmination of Gate2Brain‘s participation in the program, Meritxell Teixidó, CEO of Gate2Brain, explains how our biotech pursues its goals using a radically innovative peptide-based patented technology for the development of therapeutics that efficiently cross biological barriers such as the blood-brain barrier. The field of paediatric oncology will the first indication to benefit from this technology.
