We are back from the west coast, San Diego, from attending Tides USA– Oligonucleotide & Peptide Therapeutics. A renowned event that provides case studies of cutting-edge scientific advances and strategies for accelerating Oligo and Peptide Therapeutics to market.

Our CEO, Meritxell Teixido, was given the chance to participate in one of the event sessions in order to present “Gate2Brain Blood-Brain Barrier Shuttle Peptides, From Discovery to Applications” and Gate2Brain’s advisor and Professor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the University of Barcelona, Fernando Albericio, delivered a presentation on “Solvents, the Key Parameter for Greening Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis”

Attending the TIDES has been a great opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest developments, to establish new connections, to enhance our learning, and become acquainted with innovative ideas, approaches, and innovations in the field.

Intense and extraordinary days where we had the pleasure to capture up and share with ancient companions and colleagues while meeting new ones! And last but not least, a delightful chance to take a leisurely walk along the beach in San Diego.
