Three University of Barcelona spin-offs receive funding from Women TechEU
THREE UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA SPIN-OFFS LED BY WOMEN WILL RECEIVE FUNDING AS PART OF THE WOMEN TechEU PILOT CALL.
NIMBLE Diagnostics, Gate2Brain and ColorSensing, spin-offs from the Universitat de Barcelona , have been selected as part of the Women TechEU pilot call, a new European Union program that supports emerging Deep Tech companies led by women.
The three UB spin-offs will this year receive an individual grant of 75,000 euros to support the first steps of their innovation process and the growth of their company. In addition, they will be offered advice under the Women’s Leadership Program of the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) and dedicated networking opportunities across the EU.
