Gate2Brain to Participate in the Barcelona Deep Tech Summit 2025
Gate2Brain will be participating in the Barcelona Deep Tech Summit 2025, a meeting point for companies, research centers, investors, and organizations driving science-based innovation and technology transfer. The event will take place from November 4 to 6 within the Smart City Expo – World Congress, at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
This summit has become a key gathering for the deep tech ecosystem, where new collaborations are explored, breakthroughs are shared, and technology designed to create real impact is showcased. For Gate2Brain, it represents an opportunity to continue raising awareness around our technology and our mission: bringing medicines beyond biological barriers.

Our Platform and Our Focus
At Gate2Brain, we are developing a shuttle peptide platform that enables the delivery of therapeutics — including small molecules, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and nanoparticles — to organs such as the brain, where therapeutic access is often limited. Our goal is to open new treatment opportunities for conditions where biological barriers represent a major challenge.
Our lead candidate, G2B-002, targets brain tumors, with a first indication in pediatric patients. This program has received Orphan Drug Designation from both the EMA (2024) and the FDA (2025), an important milestone on the path toward a future clinical trial.
